Pixel Crown publishes this website to introduce a small bakery in Chikusa, Nagoya. By using it you accept the plain terms below. They cover the site, the bread we reserve through it and the workshops we run, and they are meant to be read in a few minutes.
The words, recipe notes and photographs of loaves on this site are ours. You are welcome to read them, to share a link and to quote a sentence with credit. Please do not copy our loaf photographs, our menu descriptions or the text of our articles onto other bakery pages or shops, and do not teach our workshop notes as your own without asking us first.
The menu and prices are shown in yen and reflect the current autumn 2026 range. Seasonal loaves such as the chestnut and sesame loaf depend on the harvest of Gifu chestnut flour and may sell out or end early. Details are indicative until we have confirmed them to you for a specific Friday.
A reservation is a request for one Friday's bake. It is confirmed when we reply to you with the loaf, the quantity and the pickup time. Orders for a given Friday close on the preceding Tuesday at noon; messages that arrive later are treated as requests for the following week.
You can cancel or change a single-loaf reservation up to Wednesday noon before the bake. After that, the dough has been shaped for you and the reservation cannot be refunded or switched to a different variety. If you cannot reach us in time because of illness or travel, still write, and we will see what is possible.
A weekly subscription runs from month to month, is billed monthly by bank transfer, and reserves your loaf every Friday without a new order. Variety changes need 72 hours' notice. To pause or end a subscription, tell us before the end of the month, and the following month will not be billed.
Pickup is on Friday between 8:00 and 13:00 at the bakery in Chikusa ward. Delivery is offered within Nagoya city only. If you cannot be there in the window, write to us before the bake and we will see whether the loaf can be held or sent; we cannot promise to keep an uncollected loaf beyond the day.
The seasonal gift box holds a full loaf, a jar of house cultured butter and a card on the grain and fermentation, and is packed to order. Baking workshops are half-day sessions in our kitchen for groups of up to four, scheduled by appointment on days we agree. Workshop fees are confirmed when a date is fixed, and a date can be moved if you tell us in good time.
All loaves contain gluten, the chestnut and sesame loaf contains sesame, and the butter contains dairy. Our kitchen handles no nuts other than chestnut flour and uses no eggs. If you have an allergy, tell us before you order. Storage advice on this site, for instance wrapping a loaf in cotton and eating it within three days, is guidance, not a guarantee of freshness.
To the extent the law allows, Pixel Crown is not liable for indirect losses from using this website or from relying on general information in the articles. Nothing here limits responsibility that Japanese law does not allow us to limit, including the safety of the food we sell. Links to other websites lead to content we do not control.
We may adjust these terms when the bakery changes how it works, for instance when the autumn lineup gives way to winter. The latest version is the one on this page, and a reservation we have already confirmed stays under the terms that applied when we confirmed it.
Japanese law governs these terms and every dealing with Pixel Crown. To the extent the law permits, the Nagoya District Court is the court of first instance for a dispute that we could not settle by talking. Consumer rights that Japanese law makes mandatory remain with you.
